JDR STARS FC is a South African football club based in Pretoria that got promoted to play in the National First Division from Season 2019/20, the team is nicknamed The Hammer Boys. We currently play most of our home matches at Giant Stadium in Pretoria, we are one of the most supported teams that played in the ABC Motsepe League with the possible growth in number of supporters since the team is now playing in the National First Division (GladAfrica Championship).

Club Chairman & Coach Mr Nditsheni Nemasisi is a 38 years old Attorney by academic profession and has been running His Law Firm for 13 years (Nemasisi Attorneys). He is the founder and owner of JDR Stars FC also works as the team Coach leaving all the responsibilities of running the Club to Mr Matome Kganakga who works as the Club CEO. Mr Nemasisi has been the Club Coach since its formation and carries a SAFA Coaching D Licence. Club CEO Mr Matome Kganakga is a 35 years old Marketing Specialist also working as a Deputy Director: Brand and Marketing at the Central University of Technology. Mr Kganakga worked as a Team Manager at Moroka Swallows FC before joining JDR Stars FC . Mr Kganakga is currently studying towards His Masters in Marketing Management with CUT & Is a great football fanatic.
